Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policies

To initiate a product return, please use the contact page to outline the issue.

Original works and limited edition prints may be returned for a refund within the initial 30 days following purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since the purchase, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
​
Open edition prints are subject to potential exchange or partial refund within the first 30 days following purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly, with the credited amount automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Order Cancellations (if applicable):
Refunds for order cancellations are granted only if the cancellation occurs within 2 business days of purchase. Refunds are not issued for orders delayed by UPS or USPS. Rush orders may qualify for refund consideration upon review.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
In the event that a refund has not been received, please begin by checking your bank account and/or contacting customer service for the credit card used in the transaction, as processing times may vary before the refund is officially reflected.
Following this, try contacting your bank, as there may be additional processing time involved.
If you have completed these steps and the refund remains outstanding, please utilize the contact page within 45 days of your refund request or order cancellation.

Sale items (if applicable):
Refunds are exclusively applicable to regularly priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Items will be replaced only in cases of defect or damage. To proceed with an exchange for the same item, please utilize the contact page.

Shipping:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. In instances where a refund is issued, the incurred return shipping costs will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on delivery location.

For items exceeding $80 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance.
